recipe from the woods – polish "podpłomyki"

made these yesterday for dinner and just want to share the recipe with you guys!

it’s super easy and you can basically use anything you have in your fridge to make it delicious!!!

i konw its looks like pizza but it’s a polish version of it, called – podpłomyki.

you need: 
– 300 g wheat flour
– 1 tbsp spelled bran (optional)
– 100 ml water
– 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
–  salt to taste
– 2 tbsp butter
– dried or fresh herbs, cheese, veggies and whatever you need to make it taste delicious for you 😉

step by step:
prepare all the extras as cheese, herbs etc and put them aside.
mix flour, bran, water, oil and salt to taste.
knead the dough. divide them into two equal parts and roll out.
preheat the oven to 240’C (464’F) and bake the podpłomyki for 3 minutes.
remove the podpłomyki from the oven and reduce the temperature to 200’C (392’F).
smear podpłomyki with butter and place cheese, tomatoes, all the extras on them.
bake another 5-6 minutes.
