look at the water and boost your mental health

i love ocean, sea, lakes, rivers, ponds and everything water. i feel so good spending time by the water. i’ve always wondered why i feel so calm being around it? lately i came across some articles online about how water affects our brain and how it can help us overcome stress. 
only looking at photos of water can reduce level of stress and anxiety; it also slow down our heart rate and boosting mental health.
