hi there!
i’m in england for the first time ever, visiting my sister. i love it here i will be sharing more about it soon but today i want to post short recipe from the woods.
this recipe was much more complicated so i had to do easier versions for myself.
you know i like quick and easy!
so i just pulled out all the ingredients on the kitchen table and mixed them up.
to make chocolate chips cookies you need:
– 280 grams all-purpose flour
– 1tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 170 melted butter
– 135 grams brown sugar
– 100 grams white sugar
– 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– chocolate chips (as many as you want)
mix all the ingredients; form a ball of dough and insert for 2 hours in the freezer. pull out the dough from the freezer and wait 15 minutes, then shape into cookies. bake in a preheated oven at 170’C for 11min.
easy and fast! enjoy!
i adopted this recipe from sally backing addiction on her blog you can find how to make the most delicious cookies, cakes and desserts ever!
